Quercetin

Quercetin is a flavonoid found naturally in many plant foods. It also appears as an isolated ingredient in dietary supplements. A supplement label gives the amount per serving and shows whether quercetin stands alone or sits inside a blend. Food sources and concentrated supplement forms are not equivalent servings.
