Milk Thistle

Milk thistle is a botanical from Silybum marianum. Extracts are often discussed in relation to a compound group called silymarin. A label might list whole seed powder, seed extract, or a standardized extract. These forms differ. Check the amount and standardization instead of relying on the phrase milk thistle alone. MPG lists milk thistle among ingredients in current greens materials. The presence of a botanical does not establish a medical result for the finished product.
